Casa Velasquez Interiors designs luxury residential interiors across South Florida, from waterfront condos on Miami Beach to family estates in Boca Raton. Founders Jenny Velasquez and Patty Lustig lead every project personally, and each community we work in brings its own architecture, climate demands, and building rules. Below are the areas we serve most often, with a recent project from each.
Boca Raton
In Boca Raton, we design for country club living and family estates, where homes need to work for both everyday life and entertaining.
Featured project: The Oaks at Boca Raton, a coastal whole-home design for a family of six, anchored by two-story drapery in the main living space.

Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale is where our studio began, and most of our work here is in established family neighborhoods in western Broward.
Featured project: Stone Brooks Estates in Davie, a transitional-contemporary home designed for comfortable everyday living.

Pompano Beach
Near Pompano Beach, we design Intracoastal and waterfront homes where the view shapes every room.
Featured project: a transitional-traditional residence in Lighthouse Point, just north of Pompano’s waterfront.

Miami Beach
On Miami Beach, most of our work is high-rise and waterfront condos, where finishes need to stand up to salt air and strong sun.
Featured project: a sophisticated waterfront condo. We also delivered a turnkey residence at Murano Grande in South Pointe.

Coral Gables
Coral Gables homes have strong architectural character, so we design interiors that respect the Mediterranean bones while feeling current.
Featured project: Timeless Elegance, a classic living room in black, yellow, and warm neutrals.

Miami
Across Miami, from Brickell high-rises to Coconut Grove homes, we design residences that balance the city’s bold energy with the comfort of a true retreat.

Palm Beach
In Palm Beach County, we design for a classic, coastal way of life, with homes that welcome family and guests through the season.
Featured project: a modern-contemporary home at Boca West Country Club.
